Pastor Reuben Wilson, an All Progressives Congress Chieftain in Bayelsa State, has been conferred with a prestigious award by TULCAN Energy/ Exploration and Production Company Limited.
Wilson who is also a member of the Governing Council, University of Uyo Akwa Ibom, was confirmed the award according to the organizers because of his outstanding contributions and partnership with the organization.
