The Minister of state for Petroleum Resources (Oil), has commended the OTL team for their initiative and dedication to driving value within the oil and gas sector.
Speaking in Abuja yesterday when he received the organizers of the OTL African Downstream Week, led by Mrs. Joyce Akabogu, Lokpobiri emphasized the critical role that the downstream sector plays in shaping Africa’s oil and gas industry.
He said: " Your efforts in fostering collaboration, innovation and knowledge-sharing are essential for sustainable growth.
"While the upstream sector is vital for the industry’s overall success, the downstream sector is where the impact is most directly felt by the people.
"It is, therefore, imperative that we continue to prioritize efficiency, transparency and value creation to ensure broad-based benefits."
