The Minister of states for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri, has said that with the country's investment-friendly environment, Nigeria's indigenous players will continue to remain proactive in expanding their operations.
These efforts Lokpobiri said will not only drive sectoral growth but will also contribute significantly to national economic development.
Speaking on Tuesday when he received the chairman and Managing Director of Caverton Offshore Support Group, Mr. Aderemi Makanjuola, and his team, he said that there is need for the industry players to improve turnaround times as the country continue to ramp up production.
He said:" I received the Chairman and Managing Director of Caverton Offshore Support Group, Mr. Aderemi Makanjuola, and his team.
"We had discussions focusing on enhancing support services for industry players to improve turnaround times as we continue to ramp up production.
"Their commitment to operational efficiency and industry growth is commendable.
"We explored strategic initiatives to strengthen collaboration for sustainable progress."
