The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Phase 2, Ibena Rufus Salvation, has commended the remarkable progress being recorded under the leadership of Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro.

He attributed the success to the effective implementation of his five-point agenda.

He noted that since Otuaro assumed office, the Amnesty Programme has witnessed a new direction marked by transparency, inclusiveness, youth empowerment, and a renewed commitment to peace and development in the Niger Delta.

Speaking in Yenagoa  on Otuaro's five-point agenda, Salvation urged beneficiaries and stakeholders to remain patient and supportive, stressing that the visible results are signs of greater transformation to come.

The national chairman called on all beneficiaries and stakeholders to remain committed and continue to support the Administrator’s five-piont agenda, assuring them that with time, the benefits of the reforms will become evident.

“I believe in the aims and objectives of Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro. With a little patience, things will work out for our good soonest."He said.
