What is Really The Function Of Transition Committee Chairman And SOLAD In the LGAs?

This question is harmless, I asked because I really want to know the functions of TC chairman and SOLAD in this current leadership of Senator Hope Uzodimma. 

Recall that the hirers of the current SOLAD of Onuimo LGA, Hon. Dr. Emeka Obi, have countlessly posited through media, how their paymaster has outperformed his predecessors in less than 2 months in office and that he has been tested and trusted. And I asked how, and in what direction? Because I'm not understanding anything at all. 

I have taken my time to access the activities of the former TC Chairman Hon. Chief Charles Ijezie (Okemmiri) who has spent so many years in the office as the TC Chairman of Onuimo LGA since the inception of Senator. Hope Uzodinma as the governor of Imo State and now that Hon. Dr. Emeka Obi has taken over the leadership of the LGA and find nothing meaningful to talk about. 

I feel they are just there ceremonially and nothing else. I still mean no harm. 

Recall that His Excellency Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha was a Governor of Imo State for just 7 months, during this 7 months, he appointed Transition Committee members across the State. 

In Onuimo LGA, Chief Sir Silas Onyeiwu (Omereoha) was the Chairman of that committee. In less than 4 months in office, he was able to grade almost every bad roads in Onuimo including the dilapidated Umuna - Umuduru Egbeaguru road which was manageable for motorist as at then. He also embarked on the construction of the LGA Stadium which he almost completed before the Supreme Court judgment that removed the then Governor. He equally started the foundation of administrative block house in the LGA within this shortest period in office and many other remedial works here and there. 

Without being bias, I feel there's a very big difference between the TC Chairman of His Excellency Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha and the current administration. You can prove me wrong. 

Can't the current SOLAD of Onuimo LGA do a remedial work in Umuna-Umuduru Egbeaguru road based on the current state of that road? It's evident that a little amount of millions can comfortably put that road in order pending on when the Federal Government and NDDC will provide a lasting solution. 

If the Youths of Umuduru Egbeaguru Clan can organized themselves and come out to work on the worse places of that road with little or no funds at all, how much more will they do, when LGA will support them?.

God will continue to bless Umuduru Egbeaguru Youths for their coordinations and patriotism. 

Stop claiming to be a leader when you don't have any knowledge of leadership.
