On behalf of the Fresh Air Movement, Imo State, we heartily send our joyous congratulations to Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma the Executive Governor of Imo State on his Gubernatorial Election Victory.
We and Ndi-Imo are happy with the victory for two significant reasons- for clearing all 27 Local Government Areas of Imo State and the peaceful atmosphere experienced throughout the election.
The victory, is also a vindication of the performance of the " Shared Prosperity" Government that has shown a strong presence in all the three geopolitical zones of Imo State with verifiable developments.
Hence, they spoke loud by overwhelmingly voting for the continued 3R Government of our God-sent governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.
Recall that Prof. Abayomi Fashina, of Federal University, Oye, Ekiti, the INEC Returning Officer(Ro), announced that Uzodimma of the APC, pulled 540, 308 votes to defeat Samuel Ennaemeka Anyawu of the PDP who came second with 71,503 votes followed by Athan Nneji Achonu of the LP with 64, 081 votes amongst others.
