The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by Peter Obi the Labour Party Candidate in February 2023 Presidential Election against President Bola Tinubu.
The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the charges for lacking in merit .
The Supreme Court ruked that the grounds canvassed by Obi was similar to that of Atiku which had been dismissed .
The court however noted that the only difference in Obi's appeal was the issue of double nomination raised .
Justice Okoro however declared that the court will not re-litigate on the matter since it had dismissed same while the petition was ongoing at the Tribunal .
