The Hon. Benard Kenebai Camping Council "MANDATE 2023 has congratulated the Secretary General of the organization Dr. Ayakeme Tonkiri, SA Health as he Clocks 51 years.
The organization describes him as a worthy leader and an embodiment of humility.
In a statement by the Director General Mandate 2023, High Chief Okubokakpo Ombu onbehalf his principal Hon. Benard Kenebai, Deputy Majority Leader Bayelsa state House of Assembly, members of council and his entire supporters congratulated Dr. Ayakeme Tonkiri as he adds another year.
High Chief Ombu who doubles as the Director General, Centre For Youths Development Bayelsa State, described Dr. Tonkiri as a humble personality with sterling leadership qualities and wished him many more prosperous years ahead.
According to Chief Ombu, "Haven worked very closely with Dr Tonkiri as DG and Secretary to Kenebai over time, the celebrant has always shown his academic prowess, understanding and capacity in handling critical matters.
