Imo Guber: Mbaike Students Back Samdaddy.

 

 As the Imo State Governorship Election approaches, a group known as Council of Mbaike Students has  resolved to adopt Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu  the Candidate of People's Democratic Party as her sole Governorship Candidate.

In a stakeholders meeting  on the 27th  of August 2023, the group which  recorded attendants of leaders from various institution on Imo state; IMSU, Fecolart, Alvan, FUTO, Poly Nekede and  Imo poly agrreed to support  the PDP governoship candidate as they believe that he is a better option for Imolites.

The stakeholders representing different campuses decided to adopt a candidate for the November Election because of how important the election is to the Students, the Federal constituency, and Imo state at large.

After due deliberation, a voting approach was  adopted and Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu got the highest vote amidst other candidates from the federal constituency.

Majority of those in support are of the opinion that Samdaddy is the only Candidate in Mbaike and the whole of Imo state with requisite competence and capability to wrestle power from the Incumbent APC Governor.

As  at the time of filling  in this report, all the members of Mbaike Students Association said they   were in agreement and in support of the Adoption of senator Samdaddy.

The students believe he will deliver the  dividends of democracy to Mbaike people and to   the entire Imo state.

The Council of Mbaike Students Imo State Nigeria, is a foremost student's association that  houses every Mbaitoli/ Ikeduru student's association in different campuses in Imo state and Nigeria at large.

It is a non political group whose interest is only to ensure unity of Mbaike Students and for the general progress of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru federal constituency.
