The People's Democratic Party (PDP) Ihitte Uboma LGA Chapter has received a political height ahead of the 2023 Imo State Governorship Election.
The political juggernaut is in the person of Engr. Comrade Kenkwo Kingsley Kesaandu Popularly known as KKK and his messenger Campaign team.
Engr. Comrade Kenkwo Kingsley Kesaandu (KKK) who recently joined the party was the House of Representatives Candidate for YPP Okigwe South Federal Constituency in 2023 general election.
According to Samuel Udochukwu,
the PDP New Media Coordinator Ihitte Uboma LGA, Kingsley is a great youth mobilizer, public opinion analyst, and activist. KKK and his entire team have added another advantage to the Ihitte Uboma LGA Chapter of the PDP.
Recieving him and his team at the party secretariat, the Chairman Hon. Chris Odemelam expresses it's confidence and readiness to deliver her Governorship Candidate come November 11th.
He said that the party performed marvelously well in the last election haven secured electoral victory for its House of Representative member.
"During the just concluded House of Assembly election it's Candidate won 4 out of 10 electoral wards landslidely while both APC and APGA Candidate trails with only 3 electoral wards each.
"Our party won the election convincingly if not for the cancellation of over 500 votes of our candidate in 7 polling units in Ihitte Uboma LGA and the interference of the state government not only in Ihitte Uboma but all the Local government in Imo State.
The chairman said that the party is united and will employ every strategies and critical stakeholders to secure victory in the upcoming election adding that Ihitte Uboma LGA is united and is ready to actualize victory for the party in any given election.
Those that were also at the occasion are Hon. Obed Ajonuma(Ezinwa Okigwe South), Chief. Barr. David Abanihi who served as the LGA Campaign council Chairman and Deputy DG of Rt. Hon. Jonas Okeke Campaign Organization in the last general election, Engr. Uzoma Okeke (Uzobass) the LGA Youth Leader of PDP, Party secretaries, LGA woman leader and host of other stakeholders.
